Using this content
This site is a family record, not a dataset for reuse. Below is what you may do freely, what needs permission, and why.
Whose work this is
The records were gathered over decades by Neđo Dušanov. The first version of the site was built by Nebojša Momčilov. This version, its texts and the tree in this form were made by Dušan Ristin. The photographs belong to the families who sent them — they are published with their consent and go no further without it.
What you may do without asking
- Read the site and send the link to anyone. Links are always welcome and need no permission.
- Print a page, or part of the tree, for yourself and your family.
- Use what is recorded about your own immediate family however you like — it is your family too.
- Send a correction or a photograph. That is what the site is for.
What is not allowed without approval
Everything below needs written permission first:
- publishing the tree, or a substantial part of it, on another website, in a book or in print;
- loading these records into commercial genealogy databases or family-tree services;
- automated collection — downloading the whole site, crawlers, scripts;
- any commercial use, including compiling or selling family histories;
- publishing photographs from this site anywhere else.
The reason is accuracy rather than ownership. Once the tree is copied elsewhere, corrections only ever reach this one, and the copy stays wrong for good — and whoever finds the copy next believes it. Here every change is visible: who proposed it, when it was accepted, and where the fact came from.
To be plain, because sites like this often overreach: the bare fact that someone was born in 1903 is nobody's property and cannot be. What is protected is the writing, the photographs, and this compilation as a whole — the work of sorting, checking and connecting nine generations. For the bare facts we are asking; for everything else, permission is required.
How to ask
Write through the contact form, in two sentences: what you need and where it is going. For family and non-commercial use the answer is almost always yes. If you get no answer, you do not have permission.

Living family members
For living people the site shows only a name, a year of birth and the link to a parent. If you would rather your name, your child's name or your photograph were not here, say so and it will be removed — no explanation needed and no argument.
Accuracy
Part of this record is inherited from old lists and contains errors nobody living can still check. The site makes no guarantee of accuracy and should not be used as proof before any institution without checking the parish or civil registers. If you know better, correct us.
